BIGTEMPLATE error 500

As I tap on the export button I see this error.

the plug-in is just installed

Error

Http failure response for http://XXX.XX.XX.145:8080/rest/softwareplant-bigpicture/1.0/ppm/gantt/program/2/structure/export/templates: 500 OK

Uninstalling and installing again did not help.

What do I do?

I raised a ticket with Software Plant and this is the latest....

Our developers re-examined your logs and found the other possible cause of the issue. According to them, this is because the current prod version of BigTemplate (the one you have) is not compatible with prod version of BigGantt.

The version that should be compatible and you are waiting for (Version 3.0.3-jira7) is currently being reviewed by Atlassian. By the way, this page may be helpful for you in the future! 

This incompatibility issue is not solvable at the moment. Our hands are tied while we are awaiting Atlassian's approval to release version compatible with BigGantt Version 3.13.0. Nevertheless, it should be approved this week so, please, stay with us.

I am also having the same issue. Looking at the Jira logs, I can see some stacktrace errors 

 

Caused by: java.io.InvalidClassException: com.softwareplant.util.lang.Id; local class incompatible: stream classdesc serialVersionUID = -2894364715467592607, local class serialVersionUID = 105574818738278651

 

Anyone can help resolve this issue?

I'm having the same issue.  I also uninstalled and reinstalled and still receive that error.

We are also having the same issue: here is the screen shot. We cannot event look a the logs the error is appearing in the background. Please let us know what you find.
