Balsamiq mockup does not show up correctly

Hi,

we are using Balsamiq Mockups for Confluence for a while. Since about last week we noticed a strange problem. When opening a mockup, it does not open as usual in full screen mode, but embedded inside the edited confluence page with confluence toolbar and footer showing up. This causes the balsamiq menu to be cut of and therefore it is unusable.

This problem happens for different users and different browsers. We have a testing and staging instance of confluence with exact the same setup where this problem does not occur for these users.

Updating Talk plugin fixes the problem!

Hi Alexander,
Sorry for the snag. The problem you reported could be caused by some conflict with some other plugin that is changing the style of the Confluence page header and/or footer.
We have been reported previously about some problem with the "Talk" plugin version 2.5.0. The problem in the meantime has been solved with its latest update. Could you please verify if this is your scenario?
