Can I view other user logged work but not have edit permissions?

Hi,

I would like to set up a user with permissions to view other users logged worked, but not have the ability to edit them. 

If I give them Approve timesheet permission, they are then also able to edit the timesheets.

Hi Samantha,

With the Tempo Project Manager Role user can view all worklogs within a particular project and does not have the permission to edit the worklogs. https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TEMPO0713/Tempo+Project+Managers+Role

Is there an easy way to do this for multiple projects? or would i need to add the user as Tempo Project Manager for all projects involved?
