Conditions can be more powerful than validation for transitions from a user experience perspective.
I'd be keen on knowing if checklists can be made mandatory for checking within transition conditions at either a checklist (everything is complete) or at an individual check level (all mandatory checks are complete)
Obviously, nothing stops users falsely checking just to GSD but would be healthy pause for thought preventing rejected transitions.
