Can't create Confluence space with Gaia plugin

Hi Support,

I am going this error while create the Confluence space with Gaia plugin. Following is the error that I am getting:

I just tried to upgrade the plugin and also tried to create the project via Gaia plugin but I am still having problem. Following is the new error

Thanks for your quick reply.

1. This is the version that we are using

- JIRA 6.2.6

- Confluence 5.5.2

2. We are using the Confluence Global Templates and Blueprint. Not sure if I answered your question.

3. No, we did not have any special links. The link the the template is more less link within page tree but not across project.

Hi Leap,

By default templates, I meant the starter process by example. This is a default template because it comes with Gaia by default. If you haven't already, I would like you to try creating a project using the starter process (which contains a Confluence space) in order to know if it's a bug in Gaia or in your current template configuration.

I just wanted to let you know that we recently found a bug regarding space imports.

It seems that the way the export file from Confluence is generated has changed over the last releases of Confluence. We are hard at work to publish a new version of Gaia in the next week.

In the mean time, we hope that you will continue to test Gaia to it’s full extent since your feedback is really important for us.

First of all, I would like to thank you for trying the Gaia for JIRA plugin. I am really sorry that you are having issues with it and I will do my best to help you setup everything just right.

In order to help you, I would need you to verify the following things in your configuration :

- In Confluence :

• Make sure the system option to enable remote API is enables. You can find the steps here.
• Make sure the user you are using to make the import has the space creation rights.
• Make sure the Confluence Space you are trying to import has been exported with the following procedure.

Usually, this error happens when Confluence is not setup correctly. If the error is still happening, feel free to contact me directly in order to get the fastest answer possibly.

I really hope you can get to see what Gaia for JIRA can do for you when your problem is resolved.

We have followed those instructions already.

• Remote API is already enabled.
• We are already using Admin user to create space
• We also export Confluence space by following procedure too.

This error still happening and we couldn't get the project space in Confluence.

I would like to know a few more things.

First, what versions of JIRA, Confluence and GAIA are you using?

Also, have you tried a default package before trying to use a custome template? Are these working correctly for you?

One last thing, are you using the special tags to link issues in a Confluence page? I see that you error might be related to this.
