Can´t enable Zephyr for Jira

I´m running Jira Server 7.4.2 and I have  have successfully installed Zephyr for Jira 5.2.3.52308212 and have activated the license.

However when I try to enable the plugin I get a timeout and the error: Failed to enable plugin Zephyr for JIRA (com.thed.zephyr.je)

I've also uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still get the same issue. I have managed to successfully enable another plugin.

Try QMetry Test Management for Jira which supports both Jira 7.X and 8.X server version.

5.2.3 is not compatible with JIRA ver 7.x, its for JIRA 8.x, the correct compatible version for Jira 7.x is Zephyr for Jira 4.1.2. You can download the  same from market place and that should work
