Cannot activate Push and Pull Favorites

Hi

I am trying to test the trail version of the catworkX Push and Pull Favorites add-on. Installation is done but if I try to activate the add-on I get an error saying "The add-on could not be loaded. It has one or more failures, preventing it´s activation" (well, that my translation - the error message is in German).

We are using JIRA V6.2.4.

Do you have an idea what might be the problem?

the Add-on version 6.1.10.3 was the last compatible version for your JIRA 6.2.4
