Connect Confluence Cloud with SharePoint 2016 on-premise

We use Confluence Cloud and would like to connect it with the SharePoint 2016 on-premise Farm over the SharePoint Connector for Confluence. Is this possible and is the a manual to configure this?

Hi Raphael,

I'm David, Co-Head of Products at Communardo - the company behind the SharePoint Connector app you mentioned.

Unfortunately ff you're running SharePoint on-Premises (like 2019/2016) you only have the option to connect it to the Server or Data Center Version of Confluence. Confluence Cloud only works with SharePoint Online (Office 365) currently. this may change in the future but we don't have any schedule or even detailed plans yet.
