Custom fields with attachment and cascading?

Hi All,

I have to create a custom field in my project

Field name- Name and it has options listed as A, B, C, D, & E.

But I need to when i pick A, it gives me an option to attach a file and same is applicable on B,C,D and but E has sub option, E1,E3,E5 etc. Could you please guide me whether it is possible or not or which field i have to choose from the custom fields directory.

You should try our apps: Extension for Jira Service Desk (if you need it for JSD) or Dynamic Forms for Jira (if you need it for Jira Software).

Hi @Manoj 

ProForma would be able to assist in solving this problem. Although it does not currently support attachment fields, it does allow you to dynamically show and hide sections based on answers in previous fields.

You can even evaluate for free by installing ProForma Lite

There are no field types that will do that.

The closest I can think of is to use a Behaviour from the ScriptRunner app to show and hide the attachments section according to the selected option in a select list.
