Does BigGantt work like it should for anyone?

We have had BigGantt for around a month now and it seems like it hasn't worked like it should at all. We have constantly had trouble with task linking. Now we have errors pop up anytime we try to move a bar to change dates, indenting tasks, changing to auto mode, ect. I have submitted a technical ticket through the software plant that is being worked but I'm curious to see if anyone on here is using BigGantt and it is working as it should?

Yes, it works great for us, I LOVE IT!

Maybe if you give specific problems or error messages we can help .

I've attached some images of the error messages we are receiving. These happen when I try to move the bars to adjust dates, when I try to change the task mode, when I try to indent, or when I try to create linkages on the gantt chart.

 

Also, I am using the link types that are configured on the back end of the gantt such as Start to start (must be started together with) and even though I can see the link I have created in my issue, when I bring them over to a gantt chart, the links don't show up in the chart (lines connecting one task to another).
