Dynamic Fields in Issue Collectors

Is it possible to use Dynamic custom fields in an issue collector form? I can not seem to make it work. This is using JRA 6.1.7.

It is not possible to do that. Issue Collector is JIRA's plugin provided by Atlassian which serves forms outside JIRA. Because it is not in JIRA there are no entry points to handle customized fields.
