Excel connector for Jira - CLIENT - not available for users only admins

I installed excel connector client as an admin user

However, It is not available for any other users

and is not available anywhere in excel add-on dialogs

New version of our plugin is now available on Atlassian Marketplace.

Now there are possibility to install plugin for all users.

It's not enough to copy files. Installer must add some entries in registry.

Unfortunately, for now you need to install a plugin for each user separately.

Future versions should include this functionality.

Is there a way to install it manually?

Meaning install it once then copy files and load addin manually
