Greenhopper board not showing all stories.

I have a greenhopper board that shares some of the same projects as other boards. For some reason, though all issues show up in those boards, I only see a few in this one. In the past, active sprints in respective boards would show up together in this board, but now it says it that there are no active sprints. There's a slew of issues missing from the backlog as well.

I've checked the filter and it's a simple: project in (Tests, PatientRewardsHub, HubSync) ORDER BY Rank ASC; in fact if I click the edit button for that filter, all if the appropriate issues show up there. Just not on the agile board.

What could be going on here? I'm at a loss...

Are all the statuses mapped towards the columns in the configuration?

You nailed it, all stories in the active sprints had statuses that didn't apply to that board. Unfortunately the message given does not allude to the actual situation. Anyway, as soon as those stories reached a state that applied, the message disappeared and the stories began appearing!
