At the moment you can only have one notification.

Hello
Multiple SLA notifiers shoyld work as expected. You can define as many notifier (both before and after target dates) as you want.
If you feel there is a problem, please raise a support ticket and the support team would fix it ASAP.

Hi colleagues,
Has this feature been implemented? We're using Time To SLA v.7.6.0 and can observe that multiple sla notifiers (for example 4h before the SLA target date, 1h, before, 10 mins after) dont work as expected -- only first notification (4h before) was sent.

TIME to SLA
we are using TIME to SLA Plugin with Jira 7.0.9 & we require to have notification of each Incident ticket to get notified based on the hierarchy with 25% ,50% , 75% & 90% before SLA Breaches ?
Is there any way to achieve multiple SLA notification before the SLA breach using TTS?
Regards
Vijay

Hi Vijay,
At the moment you can not have several notifications for a single SLA but we have plans to do so.
