The test case provides a field called estimatedTime. How do I set this field?

If you are talking about the default Jira Time tracking fields, you can use an edit issue action, select either original estimate or remaining estimate from the "Fields to set" dropdown. 

For the field values, you can then use the values specified in the Jira time tracking docs.

If these are not the fields you are talking about, can you please attach some screenshots to help clarify?
