How to add profields on the issue screens

Hi,

I want to know is there any way to add project fields on the issue screens. If not what is the alternate way to do so..like creating a custom field and setting the value of profield to that custom field by either using javascript or groovy..

I thought about this but could not make it work.

Hello,

Actually Profields has no support to include the project values as issue fields. As you said , we are evaluating creating a calculated custom field related to the project field, but we have not yet concluded anything because there are several security problems.
