I cannot connect to github

I use the jira-dvcs-connector-plugin to connect the github and bitbucket，the connect to bitbucket is Okay.

But when I connect to github. There is an error message .

the log in /usr/share/tomcat6/logs/catalina.out is like that Error obtain access token java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out

I don’t know why?

I'm having the same issue on both the onDemand and local platforms.
