Insight objects not visible in Jira

Hello together,

I have different Jira tickets which have Insight custom fields like the following:

But if I now go to "Add-ons" -> "Objects" there are no objects found:

I would expect the server object to show up in this view.

Is there anything I have to configure further or is my expectation incorrect?

Hi Johannes,

I think you need to reference the objects to the project by using a project attribute on the insight object, for this to be listed in the Objects tab in the Project.

I do not think that the view you are referencing to (Add-ons -> Objects) will display the objects that are selected in a Insight CustomField for you project.

Attribute Type: Project
Description: This type makes it possible to reference a Jira Project to your object(s). 

- Go to the object type in Insight
- Add a new attribute with the attribute type "Project"
- Add your project to the newly created attribute on a object
- Check Project -> Add-ons -> Objects to see if the object now is listed.
