Hi dear All,
We are using Time to SLA plugin for our JIRA SD (service version).
CASE: the SLA has to be reset when the Status of the issue is changed.
For some reason, out of all condition options we can't find anything Status dependent.
Any ideas? It's so urgent...

I do not think it is possible to reset an SLA on a specific status
But you can reset SLA using a post function of the workflow transition(s) to this specific status.

I'm from Time to SLA Support. Mathieu is right, you can use post functions to reset your SLA when status changes.
