We are starting to use Tempo as our time tracking tool and the goal is to replace the existing way of time tracking totally.
The problem we have currently is with users +/- hours. We don't know how to have a report which would show the status of users worked hours. It is possible see for one period, for example 145/135 tracked, which means +10 hours for that period, but how about overall status after few periods?
Is it possible to use Tempo for tracking individual users +/- hours?
Hi Tom
In current Tempo version you can only see the Worked vs. Required work for a selected period in User Timesheet and some Tempo gadgets.

It has been requested to add the users required work to the excel export in Tempo and to display it in Timesheets and Reports generated from date selection.http://wiki.tempoplugin.com/display/TEMPO/Navigation#Navigation-SelectingtheView
I ll post a note here when this improvement has been released

Thanks for the answer Sverrir!
So basically it is not possible to do with Tempo.
Actually it will not be possible in the near future either, unless one always generates Timesheet report from the beginning and one has +-0 status at the beginning when starting to use Tempo.
I think It would be useful feature, to have individual overall +/- status there visible and to have possibility to edit it as well, in order to have complete hour tracking tool.

Hi Tom
I have added your comment to the dev issue so the developers will have that in mind when implementing this feature.
