Is there a way to track answers I've answered or commented ?

I've got subscribtion for many tags in atlassian answers, so I receive a lot of emails and it's hard for me to track the answers, for which I've provided answers or comments. Is there a way to track only these answers through the web UI or email ?

I solved this by checking - Auto Follow... "Questions you comment on" checkbox and then I'm able to apply filter Questions "You Follow"

You should be able to see some details in your user profile. Click your avatar in the top and and "profile". You can also see the settings area up there to change email settings as well.
