Is there an option to assign a Testcase to two different projects?

We are planning to create a project in Jira to have all Test cases from all projects. That would be the centralized repository for test cases.  We need to link this test case to a user story in the other project.

Try QMetry Test Management for Jira which has strong reusability feature where you can link any of test case with any of story residing in any of projects.

As of today Zephyr does not provide this functionality, this is the Test Repository feature that is on the roadmap and currently in  discussion.
