Issue is created but no attachments are added

Hi,

we have a problem with the Outlook Integration for JIRA. On a computer with windows 10, office 2016 and Microsoft Edge the issue gets created correctly but the attachments are not added.

Is there a known compatibility issue with the plugin and this configuration?

We just released v1.6.2 which fixes the error described above. Outlook Integration for JIRA now fully support Microsoft Office 2016.

Yes, the current version (v1.6.1) does not support Outlook 2016 yet. The upcoming release, which is scheduled for  November, will support Outlook 2016.
