You are sending HTML email. How your client builds the content with HTML to make it look as it does is one thing. JEMH can be configured to 'prefer' text content, however, this is just whitespace, look at the Email > HTML TAG NEWLINE INJECTION section. It controls how HTML elements are interpeted regarding whitspace. Without seeing the actual HTML its hard to say exactly, either post the raw HTML from the email source (see JEMH Audit History for an export option).

Hi my settings for HTML injection was quite silly. I changed the settings to something more intelligent and now it looks a lot better.
