Jira - Addon - Asset Tracker - error while exporting - help

Hello,

My version of add-on is  2.5.2

Assets >> Configure >> Import/export >> Export Data

when i´m using the Import/export functionallity the following error is raised:

Hi Carlos,

I am one of the developers at Spartez - the vendor behind Asset Tracker.

Sorry for contacting you so late, your question has somehow slipped our attention (community.atlassian.com is not our usual support channel). But perhaps it is not too late?

I have a question - Is this problem still happening to you, or was it a one-off? It could be a sympthom of a bug, but I would need to investigate it some more to understand what is going on.
