When I execute atlas-run, the plugin download frequently starts then hangs. I've seen this with different plugins, and different versions. The latest is for Jira 5.2.7 (I'm trying to confirm that I can get the atlassian travel microapp running in a version 5 instance). jira-func-tests-5.2.7.jar starts to download and then just hangs.
I decided to try it from the web interface, and the download got to 8.2 out of 25.8 Mb and hung again.
The question then is how come? My bandwidth is good. There is a bit of sluggishness via traceroute, but nothing that should halt the download entirely.
