Menus won't update

I am unable to update my menus. Is there a bug in the system? I can edit the header & footer -- and even make a few changes on space-specific menus -- but I can't alter the main menu.

Step 3

Select edit icon on :/zen/classic/editpagesection.action?pageId=12255644&sectionId=1122173544

Step 4

Edit the Bullet Point Menu

Step 5

Save by clicking the Blue Preview

Step 6

No changes were saved. Even if I hit publish. Or check my drafts.

That's the correct sequence. Are you seeing any error messages in the logs (atlassian-confluence.log or catalina.out)?

Do you have a menu to begin with, or are you having trouble creating one? Perhaps you could describe the steps you're taking and what you're seeing.
