No Jira notification/email (Quick Subtasks for JIRA)

Hi,

Subtask script work in that the issues are created and assigned, but no JIRA notification is sent.

Is this a know issue?

Notifications are not triggered on the subtask creation, but any subsequent activity on the subtasks do trigger regular emails.
