Not Found error on configuration page

Hi Team,

I installed JEditor plugin today, and got not found error on Configuration link.

Due to this error, I am not able to test this plugin.

Also sending you the error log and screenshot related to this error.

Please let me know if anything else is required from my side. (error_log.txt)

Hi Amit,

Unfortunately we cannot reproduce this problem in our testing environment.

Could you please try the following:

1. Update UPM to the latest version

2. Uninstall JEditor then install it again

3. If possible try updating JIRA 5.2 to the latest patch version

1. JIRA version

2. UPM version

3. JEditor version

Hi Amit,

Thank you for your interest in JEditor.

It looks like one of JIRA modules (PluginSettingsFactory) is not enabled or doesn't work properly.

We have seen this problem before - it happens after fresh JIRA installation/update without restart.

Please try to JIRA server, this should fix the issue.

If you see this error when trying to access Licensing tab in JEditor Configuration then you can avoid it by installing trial license right from the JIRA plugin management interface (JIRA 5.0+ is required).

Hi Alex,

I had restart the jira instance, but still throw the same error to me on configuration page. :(
