One user is unable to view their own timesheet report

Adam Marshall April 11, 2018

Hi,

I understand that all users should be able to see their own timesheet reports, as in Add-Ons > Timesheet Configuration > Timesheet Auditors Groups it states: "Only users of the selected groups will be allowed to see time spent by other users. "

However this works for all users, apart from one. I've checked role and project permissions, all the same as other users. I cannot see any differences. If I configure a Timesheet Report with their name in and give them the url directly, they still receive this message:
"Timesheet for other users is not allowed. Youre not member of any Timesheet Audtiors Group. See Timesheet Configuration in Administration - Add-ons. "

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Adam

This has now resolved... it seemed the username was the only one with uppercase characters in, so I renamed it first to something else, then again to the original username but with all lowercase characters. Now the user is able to see their timesheet report.. strange.
