Are there any plans to add automation for Organizations to the Automation Lite (or is it available in the full version)?
Ideally we want to be able to automatically add the user's organization to an issue that was logged against the Service Desk manually (by an agent using the 'Create' button) or via email.

in plugin Actions for JIRA Service Desk there is an Actions in automation module where you can add organizations or request participants to issue.

for your information, the Organizations field can be set using JMWE for JIRA Cloud and JMWE for JIRA Server post-functions.

No it's not available yet. We've got https://codebarrel.atlassian.net/browse/AUT-363 open to track this already.
We've got quite a few higher priority items in our backlog at the moment so it will be a while before we can get to this, but we'll let you know when we get a chance to work on this.
