Hello,
I have a problem with Tempo plugin:
In the last month or so, everytime someone logs the time on a ticket it substracts the logged time of the original estimate.
Ex: Original estimate is 10 hours, a user logs 2 hours on the ticket .... the original estimate becomes 8 hours. Now how am I supposed to track the difference between the original estimate and real time???
Adding on to Nic Brough's answer, what you've described sounds like something Tempo Support can help you with - would you contact them directly and perhaps update later back here?
Thanks in advance!
That's not what JIRA does by default. It keeps the original estimate and then shows you "remaining time" and "time logged". If the original estimate is changing during time logging, then your users or possibly some code you've added is making changes to it.

That doesn't change what JIRA does, although Tempo may well be doing it. I'm not sure it does it automatically though, that would be an unusual setting.
You are in one good place for help with Tempo - the community tries to help with add-ons just as mouch as the Atlassian products.

Welll ... the strange behaviour with Tempo started a few weeks ago ... at first I thought they'll solve the problem ... but, no changes ...
One more thing that I managed to see - if I try to log time with Jira, not Tempo ... it doesn't show, the worklogs are empty.

I think both of these problems probably need to go to Tempo support - they sound like something is broken.
