what row in confluence's db stores plugin modules config?

I figured this out. Just connect to your database and do :

select * from bandana where bandanakey='plugin.manager.state.Map';

It all depends on the plugin. More than likely they will use the database (either through Active Objects or the PluginSettings) but some may use disk for some items. The safest suggestion is to reach out to the plugin vendor.
