Possibility to give jira-admins access to plugin instead of jira-sysadmins

Hi,

Is it possible to give the jira-admins group access to the functions of the Automation plugin instead of only the JIRA-sysadmins group?

We want to limit the users that have the jira-sysadmin group, but we can't at the moment because we have a lot of admins that use the JIRA automation plugin.

Hi Marc,

currently the Automation plugin checks whether the user who has sysadmin permissions. There is no specific group checking, only if the user trying to access Automation config has sysadmin permission.

Thanks for your response. Is it possible to send in a feature request so that a user with only the jira-admin group can also use the Automation Plugin?
