Query regarding adding auto reviewers

I followed the docs to install scriptrunner and added my 'hello-world' repo in 'Auto add reviewers to pull requests'. And kept the condition 'empty' so that reviewers are always added. But when i create a PR, i don't see the reviewers being added (neither default nor mandatory). Which step am i missing?

Sorry to hear your having issues with this. In order to get more information about this issue and to help you resolve it could you please create a support issue through our support portal. Then one of our support engineers will take a look at this for you.

If you can provide any log snippets from the atlassian-bitbucket.log that indicate any errors when you create the PR then that would be great.
