Announcer for Confluence Report is timing out with 4335 users

I'm running Confluence Server 6.6.1 and the Announcer for Confluence 2.3.9.

I have created a page announcement for all my users but when I go to look at the report of who has viewed the announcement, the report never comes up due to the large number of users.  Is this something that is being fixed or what would a reasonable number of users be to enable the report to work?

We are investigating the Announcer for Confluence's page announcement issue. While I
