Automation: How to set Tempo Team field based on assignee?

Objective:  Based on the Assignee field, I would like like Automation for JIRA to update the Tempo Team field?

Since within JIRA you cannot assign a team, we utilize the Tempo Team field to control some of our Kanban boards.... however, in some cases, a different team will pick this up and assign it to themselves and they will forgot to re-assign the team.  I would like to resolve this with our Automation for JIRA tool.

What I have done which I thought I was close... 

Trigger: When: Field Value changed for Assignee all issues operations

User Condition: Assignee is in group XYZ

Set Entity Property:

• Entity type = Issue 
• Property Key = customfield_10501 (I believe this is the team field) 
• Property value = $currentTeam.lead 17

Do I understand correctly that you want to set the team field dynamically based on the selected assignee?

I'm looking at similar scenarios with Tempo and Advanced Roadmaps Teams.
