We are testing BigTemplate and when I export none of the formats seem to accurately represent the Gantt chart I am exporting from.

The most accurate view of what you see while on Gantt can be generated using "Export to image" option.
If your Jira instance is Cloud-based then you should get this option by default without any extra actions.
However, if you are on Jira Server then you will need to install and configure Headless Chrome prior to unlocking that option. Here is the page that will help you.

So headless chrome is required to get an accurate image of the BigGantt we are trying to export? IS BigTemplate needed if you have headless chrome? Do you have an example of what an export looks like with headless chrome? We have BigGantt through a data center.
