Comparison between XRAY and JIRA?

Hi All

We are a Startup Product Development company using JIRA for requirements and Planning to implement the Test management tool, I have gone through the available plugins like XRAY and Zephyr. Can you please suggest which is the best one to go?

After reviewing the test case management options out there, we felt it was the best option for us, but, it comes down to your needs.

My vote goes to QMetry Test Management for Jira and I am using it personally from the past couple of years.
