By the initial information provided on the market place and documentation for this add on , I understand that we can gather data like page views, space views and so forth.
But my organisation uses confluence space for the customer facing documentation for the suite of products we develop. We give anonymous access to the spaces so that customers can use the information related to products suite.
Using this add-on, can we get the analytics about how many people anonymously accessed the space(s)/page(s)?
Thank you in advance.
I've got a trial of Analytics installed on our cloud instance. It is showing anonymous users have viewed and commented on one of our spaces but it is locked down for anonymous access. And we can't find any comments by anonymous in the space. Any idea what is going on?
Hi Chris,
Would you be able to send through a screenshot of the issue you're experiencing to support@goodsoftware.co?
The team will be able to look into the issue and resolve it for you as soon as possible.
Thanks,

Hi Sagar,
Analytics for Confluence does track anonymous users by space and page! If you have any other questions about our product, feel free to email support@goodsoftware.co and we would be happy to answer them :)
Thanks,
Natalie
