Enlarge your excel export jira not available for Jira 7.3?

The plugin "Enlarge your excel export jira" is not avaialbel for Jira 7.3 version> Why is it so?

And the project was continued after Jira 7.4.X with the new option Export Excel HTML Current Fields

This app is compatible between Jira Server 7.11.0 - 8.4.2.
Please verify the Enlarge Your Excel Export for Jira version history here.

I can see that the plugin version 1.1.4 is compatible with jira 6.2 to 7.1.10. But after that only Jira 7.4 versions are available. Why so why not its availabel for Jira 7.3?
