×I have a field in my Confiform that I want to restrict so only certain people can edit it, but I want everyone to be able to view the information stored there.
Currently if I add users to the Restrict Edit field it also prevents anyone else from viewing the field.
Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?
The Confiforms Form Field Definition macro lets you specify a parameter Editable only by groups/users, which restricts editing of that field only to certain users and groups. It should not affect viewing of that field by other people (there's another parameter for doing that).
Hey!
I am dealing with a similar issue. I have the viewable field blank so all users should be able to see it. I have a few users in the Editable field. But when a user not in the editable field goes to view the form they can see the title but no text box. I was hoping the text box would still show but be grayed out for users without edit rights.
Is it supposed to not show the actual field if they can view but not edit?
Thanks!
