How can we upgrade the add-on to a new version on Jira Cloud?

the add-on is indicating that need to be upgrade to the new version but no update button appears on manage-addon nor the plugin is appearing on the acction-required filter on Jira Cloud so how can we update the plugin to the new version?

The problem is that no update button apperars on the addon, event no action required on it where you select the action required filter

In that case , obtain the atlassian-connect.json file for the new version, remove the old version and install the new version using the new atlassian-connect.json

I have the same problem when using Jira Cloud and Gantt Project app (by Soyatec).
It says I need to upgrade but nothing comes up when I try to list the actions required.
Any suggestions? Thanks!
