You can try something like this using JQL
project ="Sample Project" and summary ~ "Bug Summary” and AND issuetype = Bug
Thanks Libu. It would be useful actually but if I dont know in which project should I file a bug then jql not supproting there. In that circumstances I feel so difficult to search and causing to DUP. I have analysed and got suggestimate would be helpful but instead of that I am searching for the solution. Anyway thanks alot.

In case you want to search on all projects and not on a particular project, just skip the first part of he query
= summary ~ "Bug Summary” and AND issuetype = Bug
