Hi,
we use Configuration Manager For JIRA to copy Settings from one JIRA instance to another.
After importing a project with Insight Custom Fields, the fields are only useable via ID in IQL and not by Name when using the iqlfunction (Insight for JIRA)
cf[10402] in iqlFunction("\"Servicemanager\"=\"XXX\"")
"Business services" in iqlFunction("\"Servicemanager\"=\"XXX\"")
If you use the name, the result is emtpy.
It seems to be an issue in JIRA itself and not of the addons.
What can we do to make the fields work again?
Best regards
André
Hi Andre,
I guess you are looking at the Issue search, is that correct? If you start to type, do you get an auto complete for the field? Are you sure that you have the right casing, so that it's not Business Services?
Cheers!
Alexander
Hi Alexander,
A normal issue search works as expected. Only the search with "iqlFunction" has this strange behavior.
After creating the index from scratch and renaming the field to "Businessservice" and back to "Business service", the issue search with "iqlFunction" now works.
Best Regards
André
