How to uninstall Tempo products

I need to return my JIRA instance to its default state.  As such I need to uninstall every bit (including custom fields) of Tempo Spreadsheets and Tempo Planner.  Can someone explain how I can do this?  I am uncertain it can be done. Maybe I am just not seeing the how to do it correctly?

I would like to do this as well.  Currently its disabled but the custom fields it added are still there and youcan't remove them. Uninstall or Disable buttons don't exist.

 

I'm on JIRA OnDemand.

To say short:

  1. Go to admin panel
  2. Select Plugis tab
  3. Select requared plugins
  4. Click on it and you will see a buttons "uninstal" and "disable"

P.S.

Pay attention that Tempo plugin also have several system plugins
