Quick Subtasks for JIRA, is this free add-on or priced version?

In the Support, Documentation it shows free up to 5 users. am not really sure about if its for Quick Subtasks for JIRA. Please help!!!

My addon has always been for free and I do not plan to change that 

Could you please provide a link where you found an indication that it's only free for up to five users?

I am able to find Quick Subtasks for JIRA at:

But when I follow instructions on Installation page:

I cannot find it in the plugin search on Find new add-ons  page of my hosted JIRA instance:

Please advise how I can install this in my hosted JIRA instance.

Looks completely free

I don't see any reference to pricing details plus the marketplace indicates it as free
