Select all in Bulk Move Subtasks stopped working during upgrade from Jira Server 6.2.7 to 7.2.7

Expected behavior (Jira 6.2.7, plugin version 2.6):

On a Jira issue with multiple subtasks, select More | Move All Sub-tasks -  enable checkbox at the top left of the ensuing dialog box and all listed subtasks are selected.

Observed behavior (Jira 6.2.7, plugin version 2.13)

Selecting top left checkbox has no other effect than putting a checkmark in that one box.

Plugin version 2.11 seems to work just fine with Jira 7.2.7 on another instance.

Rolling back to plugin version 2.11, clearing plugin cache, and restarting did not fix it.

Was never able to pin down the issue. I'm able to reproduce it in Jira 7.12.3 in chrome and firefox.

Aaaand the app seems to be discontinued with Jira 8.0.
Guess that sort-of does away with the problem?
