Tempo Time Tracker Gadget - unable to log time

Hi there 

Is anyone having an issue with Tempo Time tracker gadget. 

When I try to log time against a taste the tick and spinning wheel appear but it doesn't display the modal window to assign the time to a task.

Any ideas?

The issue is fixed for me too. I didn't do anything. Is seems to be Jira cloud issue, perhaps some cache issue or similar.

The same issue again. It seems it is related when in tempo tracker widget there is some paused tracker from yesterday. I will open a ticket.

I have the same issue. I've tried in multiple browsers, but I'm still see loading circle as you said.

I use Linux Kubuntu, and I've tried on browsers Firefox, Google Chrome, Chromium, same behavior. This started happening a couple of days ago. I was on PTO in July, so I'm not sure what is the exact day when started this issue. I use Tempo Time Tracker Gadget every day, so this issue did not exist on the start of July.

Did you find a solution to this issue?

Hi Sasa 

No unfortunately not we did  contact Tempo, but I don't think we heard anything from them, but I could be wrong. 

We also logged Atlassian and they seem to think it was only a problem for us so it's sort of nice to hear that some else has found the problem too. 

I use it all the time. In fact I am still logging that way and hoping a fix will come soon. 

I could log again the task , but very busy at the moment so it has to wait.

I'll follow up with our OPS manager and see if he has heard anything

Checked -- apparently they've acknowledged we're not the only ones now, but no solution or sight of as yet
