Unable to confirm Result of the upload.....Error parsing file

Hi Guys,

We had the setup running fine and all of a sudden couple of days ago, we started seeing below error. I am not sure what file is it referring to and how to resolve .. is it the cucumber file ? if yes, then nothing has changed from our side which could have caused this... is there any way to resolve this ?

Hi @Pradeep Susarla ,

I can see that you opened this thread in the marketplace section, so I believe that it is related to an app/add-on you are using. However, you forgot to specify which one and this is decreasing the chances to get an answer. 

Looking at the logs I think you are using Xray Test Management for Jira but I am not sure about it.

Can you kindly let us know which app you are talking about so that I can add the proper tags to this thread increasing the chances for it to be seen?
